PwangeTool 4.0 Puts your Device at Risk!!

You know that there's a new Version of PwangeTool which promises to jailbreak iPhone 3GS on iPhone OS 4 Beta without upgrading the baseband. The original Creators of PwangeTool had confirmed that the new PwangeTool 4.0 has been modified and redistributed without their permission, and the most important thing that it doesn’t patches some important files which are required for the ultrasn0w unlock to work properly.
danielsowden to iH8sn0w: hah the bigger problem is people risking their baseband with this rogue pirated PT from @4n0nym0u5DEV (which doesn’t even work!)
iH8sn0w to danielsowden: nope. And it really is broken in some very important (obvious!) ways (and very risky for unlockers to use too
Update 1: PwangeTool 4.0 Official release has been announced by The iPhone Dev Team, Now you can jailbreak your iPhone 3GS on iOS 4, More Details posted here.

AT&T Claims 4 out of 10 of iPhone Sales to Enterprises

Zdnet announced that 40% of the AT&T iPhone sales are to business customers
Four out of 10 sales of the iPhone are made to enterprise users. When the iPhone came out, what most people heard in the first year from '07 to '08 was oh my God, it's not BlackBerry secure. This is not going to work on the enterprise space.
At the end of the day, it's just software. That's all it is.

Also Reporting that Spears detailed how AT&T uses its iPhone lineup at the corporate level.
Most of our monthly reporting is all built into an app that gets updated when our systems get updated, and we do an automatic fetch. And any time I want to look at where we sort of sit from a financial point of view in ABS, it now resides on my iPhone as an app. So it starts to change the way you think about governing your business. It changes the speed with which you can make decisions.
He says that iPhone is basically a computing Device to Enterprises, Allowing them to forget some laptop purchases and move to the more portable iPhone as an all-in-one device. [via Macrumors]

OS 4.0 has been Jailbroken on iPhone 3GS

Kaatje,an ex-Apple employee has posted a new post where she had done the jailbreak of iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 4, Yestarday we announced you by the redsn0w beta to jailbreak OS 4.0 Beta 4 but on 3G only, Oh another great something too is that the break doesn’t upgrade your baseband, and that means you can enjoy iPhone OS 4 jailbroken on the older baseband with an unlock using ultrasn0w.

Here's what she says in the post where she patched various files in the firmware, and then it makes a custom firmware to restore it using iTunes on iPhone 3GS (just as Redsn0w and Pwangetool)..
This is a work in progress but I thought I would share the results so far. Cydia still has some issues, many applications install but crash, some examples include mobileterminal, sbsettings, five icon dock. I did this only to hopefully motivate the developers to get their applications ready for 4.0 as it is coming very soon and the last thing we need in the community is to have repos full of broken apps! I accomplished this by patching asr, lockdownd, LLB, iBEC, IBSS, iBoot, kernelcache, MobileSafari, Services.plist, and fstab. The binaries were patched with IDA Pro and OxED and were then diffed against the original pwned files with bsdiff to create patch files. I then took the diff files and built a firmware bundle that I dropped into Pwnagetool and updated the cydia tree within Pwnagetool as well. Once this was done, I created a custom ipsw with Pwnagetool, unzipped it, applied a pwned LLB from a pwnagetool generated 3.1.3 ipsw, zipped it back up and restored to my device. At this time I am unable to get my T-Mobile NL sim to work so I downgraded back to 3.1.3 after playing around with 4.0 for a while. I look forward to the release and the official unlock from the Dev-Team. Many thanks to @p0sixninja for many hours patiently showing me the tricks and tips of jailbreaking 4.0b3 and then setting me out on my own to do beta 4. Without his tutelage, this would not have been possible :)

But she didn't give a Time for arrival of the release, I guess this method will be integrated to the new PwangeTool to Jailbreak the Final Version of the iPhone OS 4.[via Redmondpie]

Currently, You can jailbreak your iPhone, iPad, iPod on OS 3.1.3 Using Step-by-Step Guide to Jailbreak Using Spirit from Here.

Apple Passes Microsoft in Market Capitalization [It Becomes the 2nd]

Since Three months, Apple passed Walmart and became the third highest market capitalization among U.S. companies, But today Apple passes Microsoft to become the Second-Largest U.S. Company by Market Capitalization
For Who Don't Know, Market capitalization is a popular and interesting metric for assessing the size of a company as a representation of the investing public's notion of the company's worth.

As Shown in the graph below, that's multiplying the number of outstanding shares of the company's stock by the share price:

A Second Next-Generation iPhone under development??

DigiTimes posted a new article using Questions & Answers with one of its research analysts reporting several previously undisclosed details about the development of the iPhone 4G expected to be introduced early next month at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference.
But the most interesting thing in the report that Apple had a second next-generation iPhone under development that more closely to the iPhone 3GS. Apple has been keeping this iPhone in reserve in case of unforeseen difficulties with the more significantly redesigned versions seen floating around in prototypes forced Apple to fall back to manufacturing processes with which it is already familiar.
On a side note, Apple initiated the iPhone 4G project at the end of 2008. According to our sources, Apple actually has another product codenamed N91 for the project, which offers less change from previous iPhones compared with the N90. It's a parallel product to back up the N90 in case there are major delays due to significant modifications in casing, display resolution, digital camera support and so forth.

LOL, Another Interesting thing in the Report that a Verizon-compatible iPhone scheduled to be produced by Pegatron instead of Apple's existing iPhone manufacturing partner Foxconn.
Pegatron will indeed assemble an iPhone, but the manufacturing cooperation is still at the EVT (engineer verification test) stage. There are two more stages - DVT (design verification test) and PVT (process verification test) - before mass production. Though there were reports that shipments for this particular device will begin in the second half, we believe 2011 is more likely.

For more Questions and Answers about this Topic, You can see the full Article from Here. [via Macrumors]
Then, What do you expect.. We have to wait till we see what really will happen, I want to know what's inside Steve Job's Brain!!

Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta has been Released to Jailbreak iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 4

iPhone Dev-Team has just Released the New Beta of the Redsn0w 0.9.5 to Jailbreak iPhone OS 4.0 Beta 4 and it supports iPhone 3G, Mac OSX, the iPhone OS 4.0 beta1-beta4 FW. But there is no Windows version of this beta redsn0w (since apps are developed on MacOSX) This beta release of redsn0w targeted at developers of jailbroken apps.

Here's some words from the iPhone Dev Team
This is a beta release of redsn0w targeted at developers of jailbroken apps. It uses the same pwnage2 DFU-mode exploit that we’ve been using since the 2.x days. Nothing new is revealed to Apple, and it’s not applicable to the iPad. Don’t go near it if you use yellowsn0w, ultrasn0w, or blacksn0w.

YOU SHOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS BETA SOFTWARE IF YOU RELY ON A CARRIER UNLOCK. That’s because the beta redsn0w works only if your device has already been upgraded to the stock 4.0beta1/beta4 IPSW from Apple, which contains a baseband update. If you installed that IPSW, you’ve already lost the carrier unlock until the next planned release of ultrasn0w and blacksn0w.

Google has apologized for collecting WiFi data from private households, and deleted all the data in its possession saying:
On Friday May 14 the Irish Data Protection Authority asked us to delete the payload data we collected in error in Ireland. We can confirm that all data identified as being from Ireland was deleted over the weekend in the presence of an independent third party. We are reaching out to Data Protection Authorities in the other relevant countries about how to dispose of the remaining data as quickly as possible.

But Conroy accused Google of hypocrisy when it came to censorship, and said it considered itself above the law, singling out chief executive Eric Schmidt for reproach.
They consider that they are the appropriate people to make the decisions about people’s privacy data,” Conroy said, adding a jab or two at everyone’s favorite target when it comes to privacy issues, Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg. Facebook, Conroy said, is “corporate giant who is answerable to no one and motivated solely by profit

Display and Resolution May Start with 960 x 640 px
Apple Wants to make iPhone 4G very interesting, So they should Increase the Screen Resolution as they didn't change the Screen since 1st model was 480 x 320 px. Apple ordered from Foxconn monitors that will be equipped with technologies to improve reading.

iPad has been banned in Yankee Stadium / Game

Yahoo sports has reported that iPad is included under the “no laptops” rule in the security policy of Yankee Stadium so you are not allowed to take your iPad there. "Don't even think about bringing your iPad to a Yankee game"..

Here's What Duk Said in his Post:
Actually, they won’t let anyone bring their cool new toy through the gates. I called over to the Yankees’ security department to confirm this story and was told that the ban is true. All iPads fall under the “no laptops” rule in its existing security policy and are not allowed at Yankee Stadium.
This Ban seems not Unjust for iPad, as iPad is not even a Lap Top to be included under "Lap Tops", Also iPad is safe for work and there’s no way it would damage anything in the stadium. [via iThinkdef]
