Chromium OS Running on iPad [Video]

We reported you yesterday about the the 17 years old hacker, who ported the Chromium OS on the iPad, we showed you only a screen-shot about that, today I brought you a video showing the Chromium OS running on iPad. It's not the best performance demo and is all too brief, but it does show touch sensitivity functioning.

For those of you who don't know this hacker, his name is Hexxeh, he has been playing around with Chromium OS builds for months. also he developed many builds since Chromium OS source was released, and Google itself acknowledged his work.

Google is Planning to Release 60x Faster Chrome 7 to Hit IE9 and Firefox 4

In case you are living under a rock and don't know yet, last week Microsoft has released Internet Explorer 9 beta with full hardware acceleration of all HTML5 content, improve canvas speed. Also Mozilla has released Firefox 4 beta last month with Panorama feature and more. So, Google is planning to Release Chrome 7 to hit back at IE9 and Firefox 4.
Well, Microsoft's IE9 is still in beta, so we can't judge on it now. According to Neowin, IE9 still wins in canvas speed demos but Chrome 7 is greatly improved over previous versions. Also, take in mind that Chrome 7 is in early stages and not released yet for non-developers but it promises to show up to 60 times speed improvement over the current version of Google Chrome. The new version picks the best API graphics with support for Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS and Linux.
This video was showed by Google in a series of demos, showing ranging from a aqurium to 3D walls of photos. The demo really shows what can you do with 2D accelerated APIs in chrome.

How to: Send Links From Google Chrome To iPhone

Google added a very useful function in Android , a new extension of Google Chrome allows you to send links to your iPhone with one click. you will be simply able to send links, location, Google Maps , Youtube videos and etc. directly to your iPhone.
The extension is very simple to install and use, here is the steps:
Step 1: Download extension from here.
Step 2: Install the extension on Google Chrome.
Step 3: Go to the options of Google Chrome to iPhone then add your iOS device by typing in the URL shown on Chrome to your iPhone Safari (URL is unique), then follow instructions.
Step 4: Done, You will see Chrome icon on your iPhone home screen.

Note: You have to make the previous steps one time, whenever you want to send any link to you iPhone, just click iPhone extension button in Google Chrome, you will get a confirmation that the link has been sent to your iPhone, then go to the Chrome icon on your iPhone home screen to open the link.
